Area Sales Leader

About the role

Air Liquide Egypt is looking for an Area Sales Leader to drive the sales of medical gas products (LOX, GOX & MGPS) across the assigned territory. You will be responsible for expanding the customer base, strengthening relationships with key opinion leaders, and delivering technical and medical information to healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow an existing customer database while identifying new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and competitive trends.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for senior management.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align offerings with market demand.
• Represent Air Liquide at medical events and conferences.
• Manage customer accounts to ensure high retention and loyalty.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of sales experience in the healthcare sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or Business Management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of the Egyptian market and business landscape.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the area.
