Assistant Director – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Assistant Director – Food & Beverage supports the leadership of the property's culinary operations, covering restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets. You will drive departmental strategies, ensure brand standards are met, and focus on revenue growth while maintaining high employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute food and beverage strategies, promotions, wine pairings, and menu presentations in line with the brand’s business plan.
• Lead and communicate with all F&B teams through pre‑meal briefings, staff meetings, and regular updates.
• Monitor staffing levels, set performance expectations, and provide feedback to maintain service quality.
• Estimate consumption of food, liquor, and wine to guide purchasing and inventory decisions.
• Order equipment and supplies, and review financial reports to maximize revenue and control costs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 4 years of experience.
