About the role
Join noon, the leading consumer commerce platform in the Middle East, as an Assistant Manager – Logistics. You will help shape and scale the logistics function that supports rapid growth across e‑commerce, food delivery, quick‑commerce, fintech and fashion services.
Key responsibilities
- Strategically plan and manage logistics and internal operations, creating efficient team structures.
- Supervise, coach and train operational teams to ensure high performance and cohesion.
- Scale processes and workforce to match company growth while maintaining quality, cost and timeliness targets.
- Revamp existing processes and implement new ones to adapt to fast‑changing business needs.
- Monitor KPIs (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly) and track delivery times, transport costs and overall efficiency.
- Resolve day‑to‑day operational issues, complaints and coordinate the full order cycle.
- Collaborate with Noon’s central team to share and adopt global best practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in e‑commerce logistics or a similar environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven business‑partner experience to support strategic initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural setting and drive high‑performance teams.
