Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

Movenpick Cairo Media City is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to join its marketing team in Giza, Egypt. You will support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, working with cross-functional teams to raise brand awareness and engage customers in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives and brand identity
• Manage day-to-day marketing activities, including campaign planning, content creation, social media management and digital marketing
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on engaging content and brand storytelling
• Help plan and run campaigns, promotions and community engagement initiatives
• Monitor social media channels and track campaign performance across digital channels and partnerships
• Work with Sales, Revenue and Operations teams on customer acquisition and brand growth
• Build relationships with key partners, influencers and communities
• Create marketing collateral, presentations, newsletters and promotional materials
• Support market research and competitive analysis

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• Previous marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, travel, luxury or customer-focused industries
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Preferred: experience with pre-opening projects, product launches or event management

Required skills

• Digital marketing, social media, content creation and campaign execution
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Email marketing platforms, analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems
• Graphic design tools or video editing software is a plus
