Assistant Outlet Manager

About the role

The Assistant Outlet Manager will lead the In‑Room Dining operation at Morgans Originals' first hotel in Egypt, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee in‑room dining operations, ensuring orders are taken, prepared and delivered accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to guarantee smooth order flow and high‑quality presentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of menu items, specials and promotions and ensure the team is fully informed.
• Lead, mentor and train the In‑Room Dining team, conduct regular meetings and training sessions, set performance expectations and recognise achievements.
• Deliver personalized guest experiences, build relationships with repeat guests and VIPs, and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with the F&B Operations Manager and F&B Director on pricing strategies, upselling and cross‑selling to drive revenue.
• Monitor sales and financial performance, identify opportunities to improve revenue and control costs.
