About the role
Akassia Swiss Resort is seeking a passionate Assistant Training Manager to join its Human Resources team. This role offers the chance to support talent development, nurture a culture of continuous learning, and contribute to exceptional guest experiences within a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for resort staff.
- Support the development of talent pipelines and learning initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate coaching sessions and training workshops to enhance employee performance.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across all departments.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational, coaching, and training facilitation skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A genuine passion for employee development and continuous learning.
