About the role

The Faculty of Administrative Sciences seeks an accomplished scholar to join its Marketing department as an Assistant or Associate Professor. The position is full‑time and focuses on delivering high‑quality undergraduate education, advancing research, and supporting the faculty’s strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate Marketing courses, including preparation, delivery, assessment, and curriculum updates.
• Supervise student projects, provide academic advising and mentorship.
• Conduct scholarly research and publish in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Participate in curriculum development, quality improvement, and accreditation activities.
• Engage in departmental, faculty, and university service, collaborating with industry and community partners.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Marketing, Management, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated university‑level teaching experience.
• Strong research record with peer‑reviewed publications.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to supervise undergraduate research and student projects.
