Associate Compliance

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Compliance to join our operations team. The role will focus on ensuring that all operational activities, vendor engagements and internal processes adhere to company policies and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular operational audits across all functions to verify compliance with policies, SOPs and service standards.
• Monitor compliance related to uniforms, safety equipment, assets, mobile applications, attendance and procedures, reporting any violations.
• Audit vendor operations by reviewing timesheets, staffing records, payroll documentation and contractual adherence.
• Investigate operational breaches, asset misuse and process deviations, delivering detailed reports and corrective recommendations.
• Prepare compliance reports, audit findings and performance dashboards highlighting trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Vendor Management, HR, Customer Experience and Fleet teams to resolve audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Support the continuous improvement of SOPs, compliance checklists and audit frameworks.
• Monitor compliance KPIs, perform follow‑up audits and ensure corrective actions are applied across sites.
• Govern the vendor penalty process, audit penalty applications and recommend adjustments when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, compliance, quality assurance, audit or retail operations.
• Proven experience conducting operational audits and compliance reviews.
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, conduct field visits and manage multiple locations.
