Associate Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Human Resources Generalist to support our growing team across the full spectrum of HR functions. The role combines talent acquisition, payroll, compliance, and immigration support to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection, in partnership with hiring managers.
• Process accurate monthly payroll, administer benefits, and maintain compliance with tax regulations.
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws, update employee handbooks, and handle confidential employee relations matters.
• Oversee work visa applications, renewals, and related documentation, liaising with immigration authorities and legal advisors.
• Maintain employee records in the HR system, support performance management, training initiatives, and assist with HR reporting and analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role covering recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with work visa processing for expatriates or foreign hires.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and payroll regulations.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll software such as Workday, SAP, ADP, or comparable local systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
