Associate Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

The Associate Manager – Digital Marketing will lead performance‑marketing initiatives to accelerate customer growth for our retail e‑commerce business. You will combine strong acquisition expertise with commercial insight to drive high‑impact campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day performance‑marketing campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and affiliate networks.
• Drive customer acquisition while meeting CAC and ROAS targets.
• Collaborate with CRM, analytics, onsite and commercial teams to align campaigns with trading priorities.
• Monitor performance daily and optimise creatives, audiences, bidding, landing pages and conversion flows.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking acquisition, retention, revenue contribution and overall marketing efficiency.
• Support promotional and seasonal category‑specific campaigns.
• Work closely with creative and content teams to improve ad effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in performance, growth or e‑commerce acquisition marketing.
• Proven track record managing high‑scale acquisition campaigns with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel capabilities and familiarity with BI/reporting tools.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments with aggressive commercial targets.
