Associate Manager – Marketplace Listing & Catalogue

About the role

The Associate Manager – Listing will enhance the marketplace catalogue and support sellers on the platform. Working closely with the Marketplace team, you will ensure product listings are accurate, complete and of high quality, driving a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Taxonomy Management: Organise the category tree, define mandatory attributes and develop content guidelines.
• Catalogue Enhancement: Collaborate to improve product information, conduct audits and rectify discrepancies.
• Listing Management: Assist sellers in creating and optimising listings, ensure compliance with guidelines and monitor performance metrics.
• Seller Support: Serve as the primary contact for seller queries, provide training resources and escalate issues when needed.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality controls, review listings for policy compliance and work with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
• Manage Gating Process: Update gating files, ensure they are current and coordinate with stakeholders to meet requirements.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in content creation, moderation, catalogue enhancement or A+ content creation.
• Preferably 3+ years in retail/e‑commerce or a closely related industry.
