About the role
The Sales Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the sales team in Sohag, ensuring targets are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This position involves coaching, motivating, and developing team members to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to guide decision‑making.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to drive initiatives.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- 2‑6 years of proven experience in sales leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team in a fast‑paced environment.
