Associate People Operations

About the role

Talabat is looking for an Associate People Operations to support the full employee lifecycle across its store network. You will work closely with Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, effective engagement, and compliant employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for new store employees and conduct exit interviews to identify turnover trends.
• Analyze attrition data and assist in action‑planning initiatives to improve retention.
• Support manpower planning activities, coordinate staffing plans with Operations, and execute system transactions for the planning cycle.
• Partner with Operations to design and run engagement initiatives such as on‑floor activities, town halls, reward & recognition, and employee experience programs.
• Act as liaison between Operations and Employee Relations, handling grievances, investigations, and ensuring policy compliance.
• Coordinate with P&C Core Operations/TAAPs on staff inquiries, payroll questions, benefits administration, and letters requests.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of HR experience in a warehouse or factory environment.
• Experience in e‑commerce, quick commerce, fintech, FMCG or retail is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder‑management abilities and the capacity to build effective relationships.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills and the ability to use data for decision‑making.
