Associate Reliability Engineer

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Reliability Engineer to join its HES team in Cairo. This entry‑level position offers the chance to apply basic reliability engineering concepts while supporting product and service improvements for a global energy leader.

Key responsibilities

• Apply fundamental reliability engineering knowledge under direct supervision to enhance HES products and services.
• Assist in creating design specifications and conducting reliability analyses.
• Support the development and execution of reliability test programs for projects.
• Help analyze supplied data and contribute to the preparation of training materials.
• Collaborate with external consultants on new reliability initiatives.
• Maintain a preferred list of reliability components.
• Utilize project‑management skills to drive project execution.
• Comply with corporate HSE initiatives and promote quality directives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with an undergraduate degree in Reliability Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in reliability engineering within the energy sector.
• Ability to work under supervision and contribute to team objectives.
