Associate Scientist, Formulation Development / R&D Pharmacist

About the role

The Associate Scientist will support product development activities, focusing on formulation design, analysis, and scale‑up for new pharmaceutical products. The role involves hands‑on laboratory work, documentation, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of development milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct literature surveys and perform pre‑formulation and formulation trials for new products.
• Document and report all trial observations and results according to SOPs.
• Operate laboratory instruments and equipment in compliance with GMP standards.
• Prepare samples for stability and bio‑equivalence studies.
• Execute pilot, scale‑up, and validation batches and generate required documentation.
• Follow occupational safety and waste management procedures.
• Perform any other tasks related to formulation development as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
