Automation Specialist

About the role

Grubtech is seeking an Automation Specialist to boost efficiency and scalability across its core operational functions, including Onboarding, Customer Success, Activations, Technical Support, Content, and Pre‑Sales. You will identify manual processes, design automation workflows, and implement solutions that serve over 1,000 customers in the GCC and Iberia.

Key responsibilities

• Identify repetitive, time‑consuming tasks across operations and design automation workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure automation solutions are scalable, reliable, and can be adopted by multiple teams.
• Analyze existing workflows, recommend improvements, and continuously refine automation based on performance metrics.
• Support the rollout of new tools, systems, and processes with an automation‑first mindset.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to understand automation needs and integrate solutions.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of experience in automation, process improvement, or systems operations.
• Background in B2B SaaS, tech‑enabled services, marketplaces, or F&B technology is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools like Claude or similar platforms.
