About the role

Deloitte Innovation Hub is a strategic initiative that delivers complex technical solutions across EMEA. As an Automation Testing Tech Lead you will drive testing strategy, advise clients on the right tools, and mentor a high‑performing team within the Analytics & Cognitive SAS practice.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on appropriate testing tooling based on deep technical expertise.
• Support the pipeline of work from design and sales through to setup and delivery.
• Ensure client expectations are exceeded and continuous‑improvement goals are met.
• Provide technical oversight, mentoring, and guidance to team members on technologies and methodologies.
• Lead and shape client relationships with extensive interaction as part of the analytics team.
• Participate in a culture that encourages self‑development, learning and knowledge sharing.
