About the role
Proton Egypt is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers requiring after‑sales support. You will guide owners through service processes, provide transparent cost estimates, and ensure a smooth ownership experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, assess their service or maintenance needs, and record details in the system.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and clearly explain required work.
- Coordinate with technicians to guarantee high‑quality, timely repairs.
- Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and service history.
- Resolve issues promptly to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive service or after‑sales role.
- Strong technical knowledge of cars and after‑sales operations.
- Excellent communication and customer‑handling abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Required skills
- Proficiency with automotive service software.
