Automotive Service Advisor

About the role
The Automotive Service Advisor is the first point of contact for Proton owners seeking after‑sales support in Cairo. You will guide customers through service needs, provide transparent cost information, and ensure a smooth ownership experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assess their service or maintenance requirements.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and clearly explain the required work.
- Coordinate with technicians to guarantee high‑quality, timely repairs.
- Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and service history in the system.
- Resolve issues promptly to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive service environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of cars and after‑sales operations.
- Excellent communication and customer‑handling abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Required skills
- Proficiency with automotive service software.
