About the role
We are seeking a full‑time B2B Account Manager to manage a portfolio of corporate accounts in the real estate and construction sectors. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships, meeting sales targets and delivering our product solutions to meet client objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by generating new business from existing and potential corporate accounts.
- Develop existing accounts, identify improvement areas and meet sales quotas.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate account management and operational matters.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure timely delivery of product solutions according to account needs.
- Communicate monthly/quarterly progress to internal and external stakeholders and prepare account status reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions for corporate accounts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 2‑4 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, real estate & construction, furniture or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and build long‑lasting client relationships.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
