B2B Customer Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a B2B Customer Acquisition Specialist to drive new business and renew existing contracts by clearly communicating the value of our client’s products and services. The role involves high‑volume outbound outreach, managing customer concerns, and collaborating with a sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate product and service value to prospective and existing B2B customers.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and technical understanding to assess client requirements.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns or roadblocks that affect satisfaction or product usage.
• Handle competitive objections and work to retain or win customers.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound phone and email outreach daily.
• Keep the CRM system up‑to‑date with all relevant customer interactions and data.
• Execute sales motions such as lead qualification, conversion, health checks, and contract renewals.
• Collaborate with the sales manager and team to ensure a professional customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions.
• Experience in B2B sales or customer acquisition environments.
• Ability to manage a high volume of customer contacts and meet forecasting deadlines.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can address customer objections and competitive pressures.

Required skills
