About the role
The B2B Sales Development Representative (French) will engage prospective and existing customers to demonstrate the value of our client’s products and services. The focus is on generating new business, renewing contracts, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Articulate product and service benefits to French‑speaking customers.
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and assess client requirements.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns or roadblocks that affect satisfaction or product usage.
- Manage competitive pressures and handle objections to retain or win customers.
- Conduct a high volume of outbound phone and email contacts daily.
- Maintain the CRM system with up‑to‑date customer data.
- Execute sales motions such as lead qualification, conversion, health checks, and contract renewals.
- Collaborate with the sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager.
Required profile
- Fluent in French with strong communication skills.
- Experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, outbound environment.
