About the role
We are looking for a B2B Sales Lead to build and manage our business‑to‑business sales pipeline in Egypt. You will work closely with the Growth and Partnerships teams to turn commercial relationships into scalable user‑acquisition channels for our fintech platform.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, engage and close partnerships with payroll providers, freelancer platforms, outsourcing firms, remittance partners and tech companies.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing and manage ongoing partner relationships.
- Develop a B2B sales strategy tailored to the Egyptian market, defining target segments, value propositions and outreach tactics.
- Structure deals that generate measurable revenue and drive volume user acquisition.
Required profile
- Commercially driven and motivated by targets, pipeline growth and closing deals.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Strategic, structured and disciplined in prospect prioritisation and pipeline management.
- Resourceful self‑starter who can open doors without waiting for inbound leads.
- Deep understanding of Egypt’s business landscape, especially the freelancer, outsourcing and digital payments ecosystems.
- Passionate about helping people in financially unstable economies access stable currencies and better financial tools.
