Back End Developer – Node.js & AI‑Assisted Development

About the role

We are seeking two highly analytical back‑end developers to join our engineering team. You will design scalable, production‑grade systems, challenge assumptions, and leverage AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust back‑end services using Node.js, Next.js, and GraphQL.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, webhooks, queue systems, and background jobs.
• Develop microservices architectures, data models, and performance‑optimized solutions on PostgreSQL.
• Containerize applications with Docker, manage Linux environments, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilize AI tools (Claude Code, prompt engineering) to enhance development workflows.
• Collaborate independently, own projects from conception to production, and troubleshoot complex issues.

Required profile

• Strong backend engineering background with expert‑level Node.js expertise.
• Deep understanding of system architecture, scalability, performance optimization, and data modeling.
• Advanced experience designing and implementing GraphQL APIs.
• Proven ability to debug, troubleshoot, and deliver production‑grade systems.
• Excellent logical reasoning, engineering judgment, and ownership mindset.
