Back Office Engineer – Digital Building Services

About the role

We are looking for a Back Office Engineer to support our Digital Building Services portfolio, ensuring accurate order processing, technical documentation and smooth coordination between commercial teams and customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders for Digital Building Services products, guaranteeing accuracy and timely execution.
• Provide technical back‑office support including product configuration, pricing validation and documentation.
• Collaborate with front‑office, logistics and supply‑chain teams to resolve order‑related issues.
• Maintain and update customer records, order data and system information in ERP and CRM platforms.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase order‑handling efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support cross‑functional teams with technical expertise on DBS product specifications and availability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in back‑office engineering, order management or technical customer support within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with Grundfos product portfolio and digital building services is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Technical understanding of pump systems, HVAC or building‑services products.
