Bars Manager

About the role

The Bars Manager will lead the bar operations at Swissotel Sharm El Sheikh All-Inclusive Collection, ensuring high‑quality service, seamless workflow, and achievement of revenue targets. This position coordinates staff, maintains standards, and supports the overall Food & Beverage strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow in all bar outlets and coordinate with other hotel sections.
• Manage bar personnel, create weekly schedules, and ensure compliance with work schedules.
• Control inventory, conduct monthly counts, and maintain optimal beverage stock levels.
• Identify and resolve technical breakdowns in bar equipment.
• Prepare and supervise service for special occasions, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
• Monitor sales, costs, service standards, and customer satisfaction, analysing performance regularly.
• Develop and deliver training programmes for bar staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all bar equipment and utensils.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing bar operations in a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑coordination abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with a focus on service quality and cost control.
• Ability to work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and other departments.
