Bars Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Bars Manager will lead the bar operations at Swissotel Sharm El Sheikh, ensuring high‑quality service, seamless coordination with other departments, and achievement of revenue targets in a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow in all bar outlets and manage bar staff schedules.
• Implement hotel standards, monitor service quality, and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts, control beverage stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in bar equipment.
• Organise customer greeting, seating, and service processes, especially for special events.
• Develop and deliver training programmes for bar personnel.
• Prepare weekly staff rosters and monitor compliance with work schedules.
• Analyse sales, cost, presentation, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Promote environmental initiatives, energy saving, and waste reduction within the department.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing bar operations in a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑coordination abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with a focus on service standards and cost control.
