Beauty Category Manager – Duty-Free (Cairo Airport)

About the role

You will own the beauty portfolio at Cairo Airport duty‑free, managing brands, pricing, and performance. This commercial position gives you full responsibility for strategy, negotiations and margin delivery across skincare, makeup and fragrance categories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the category strategy and business plan aligned with brand positioning and budget targets.
• Source, onboard and manage contracts for new and existing beauty brands.
• Negotiate annual commercial agreements, trading terms, advertising space and stock returns.
• Own the category P&L, drive margin, monitor spend and report performance against targets.
• Set pricing policy, benchmark competitors and adjust to maintain optimal price points.
• Plan and run the annual promotions calendar, coordinating with marketing, visual merchandising, logistics and suppliers.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Category Manager, Brand Manager or senior Sales Manager with strong commercial depth.
• Proven experience in beauty, covering skincare, makeup and fragrance, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
• Demonstrated vendor and account management, including negotiation with international beauty brands or distributors.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and comfortable working with international brand teams.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to think in margins, pricing and defend negotiation positions.
