About the role
The Beheira Field Sales Manager will lead and motivate a field sales team across Impulse, Wholesale and New Business channels, covering categories such as Chocolate, Wrigley, Pet Food and Gum. Based in Beheira, the role is responsible for executing the overall field sales strategy and driving perfect‑store ambitions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term channel and regional strategies to maximise points of distribution and ROI.
- Translate the annual NSV growth plan into store‑by‑store targets and performance measures.
- Partner with Category and Perfect Store teams to define success metrics and ensure compliance.
- Build and coach a high‑performing field sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and improve visibility, physical availability and conversion across all customer touchpoints.
Required profile
- Proven experience in field sales leadership, preferably within consumer goods.
- Ability to work independently with no mobility constraints.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Track record of delivering growth through effective channel execution.
