BI & Data Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for a BI & Data Technical Lead to empower our organization with actionable insights. You will translate business needs into robust data models and interactive dashboards, fostering a data‑driven culture across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements in a BI context and design data models/marts.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Metabase.
• Identify, define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and plan timelines.
• Write DAX queries, create charts and document data models, algorithms and parameters.
• Develop Oracle data warehouse components and perform advanced SQL queries.
• Analyse and improve existing ETL processes, design new systems and implement technical enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience in FinTech or e‑payment environments.
• Proven ability to work under ambitious timelines in a fast‑growing setting.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.

Required skills

• Power BI, Metabase, DAX.
• Oracle, MySQL, MS‑SQL.
• Python programming.
• ETL tools: Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Doris.
• Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
• SQL querying, data modelling, ODS/DDS, data marts.
