Bilingual Arabic-English Sales Representative

About the role

Bookimed, the leading medical tourism platform, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative fluent in Arabic and English. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial client contact to deal closure, helping patients access advanced medical solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and financial KPIs.
• Guide clients through the entire journey, handling inquiries via chat, phone, and email.
• Process leads and maintain up‑to‑date client profiles in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the team and Team Lead to maximize results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication, negotiation and empathy skills.
• Result‑oriented, proactive and motivated to grow financially and professionally.
• Willingness to contact clients outside standard hours when needed.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
