About the role
We are seeking a bilingual content editor to help train AI chatbots in both Arabic and English. You will assess model performance, create realistic dialogues, and provide feedback to improve conversational quality.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with AI chatbots in Arabic and English to measure progress and logical consistency.
- Design and write novel conversation scenarios that teach chatbots appropriate responses.
- Present diverse and complex problems to the models and evaluate their outputs.
- Assess the correctness and performance of AI-generated content and report findings.
Required profile
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar expertise.
- Demonstrated knowledge of linguistics at an expert level.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory).
