Bilingual French Recruiter (BPO)

About the role

We are expanding our recruitment team and are looking for a bilingual French recruiter to support our BPO hiring needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the talent acquisition team to source and assess candidates who are fluent in French (C1) and have a strong command of English.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the end‑to‑end recruitment process for BPO positions.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in BPO recruitment.
• French language proficiency at C1 level.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑moving setting.
