BIM Architect

About the role

Estithmar Holding is seeking a full‑time BIM Architect to join its New Cairo office. The role focuses on developing, managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) models throughout all project phases, ensuring they align with architectural intent and construction requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain architectural BIM models and related construction drawings.
• Prepare, review and track submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and construction teams to resolve design conflicts and support constructability.
• Maintain BIM standards, ensure model accuracy, data integrity and support clash detection and quantity take‑offs.
• Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong architectural background with experience in detailed design and documentation.
• 3‑5 years of experience in BIM‑focused architectural roles, preferably on large‑scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional registration is a plus.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, building codes and industry standards.
• Excellent coordination, communication and documentation abilities in multicultural teams.
