BIM Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead the coordination of Building Information Models across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines for projects based in Tanta, Egypt. The role supports the BIM Manager in delivering high‑quality, clash‑free models that meet project standards and BIM Execution Plans.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models between Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Run clash detection and manage clash reports using Navisworks.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Support the BIM Manager in implementing BIM workflows and procedures.
• Review and validate models for quality, Level of Development (LOD), and data accuracy.
• Manage model updates and lead coordination meetings.
• Provide technical BIM support to site teams with coordinated models.
• Assist in 4D/5D BIM workflows as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in construction projects is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Navisworks.
• Expertise in BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans.
• Experience with 4D and 5D BIM workflows.
