BO CS Core / IMS / SVC Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a BO CS Core / IMS / SVC Engineer to support, operate, and evolve mobile core networks. The position covers circuit‑switched (CS), IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) and Service‑Specific Convergence (SVC) solutions, working directly in live network environments to ensure service availability, performance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform L1 health checks and maintain operational scripts.
• Monitor network performance, system logs and capacity.
• Enable traces and assist with basic call troubleshooting.
• Provide first‑line technical support for CS/IMS core network elements.
• Check subscriber profiles in HSS and interpret basic subscriber parameters.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in mobile core network operations.
• Understanding of the basic structure of mobile communication networks.
• Knowledge of CS, IMS or SVC solutions with basic configuration capabilities.
• Familiarity with signaling protocols such as SS7, M3UA, ISUP, BICC and SIP.
• Understanding of mobility control protocols (BSSAP, RANAP, MAP, CAP) and related concepts (authentication, encryption, LAI, LAC, roaming, handover).
