Branch Manager (Female Only) – Beauty Center

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our New Cairo beauty centre. This full‑time, on‑site position is open to female candidates and involves overseeing daily operations, staff, finances and client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all day‑to‑day branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage appointment scheduling, room utilization and staff allocation to maximise capacity.
• Enforce standard operating procedures, hygiene protocols and health & safety standards.
• Conduct regular branch audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Control inventory of products and supplies, coordinate with suppliers and minimise wastage.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop branch staff, setting targets and monitoring performance against KPIs.
• Handle scheduling, attendance, leaves and resolve conflicts among team members.
• Drive revenue through service excellence, up‑selling and package sales while monitoring financial performance.
• Manage operating costs, cash handling, POS reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Ensure premium client experience, address complaints promptly and monitor online reviews.
• Coordinate local marketing campaigns, promotions and events, and support retail product sales.
• Prepare regular performance reports and ensure compliance with labour laws, licensing and brand standards.
