Branch Relationship Officer / Manager (Egypt)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Branch Relationship Officer/Manager to join our network of branches across Egypt. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality banking services, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for all required banking products in line with branch business objectives.
• Identify sales opportunities and use them to improve customer efficiency.
• Explain products and services to customers to generate sales.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and exceed satisfaction goals by reducing complaints.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating when beyond authority.
• Process requests from existing and new customers, providing excellent service from day one.
• Send, receive and file confirmations, ensuring proper processing of transfers.
• Create, update and maintain accurate customer records.
• Ensure all activities comply with corporate governance and regulatory/legal frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in various branch roles.
• Knowledge of banking operations, compliance and risk issues.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
