Brand Designer

About the role

City & The Sea is seeking a full‑time Brand Designer to work on‑site in Downtown Cairo. You will collaborate closely with the founding team to shape and maintain the visual identity of the boutique travel and event consultancy across all client‑facing and internal touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update comprehensive brand guidelines that reflect the company’s luxury travel and event positioning.
• Create visual assets for digital channels, print collateral, itineraries, presentations, and client communications.
• Design graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and email newsletters while ensuring consistency across partner and vendor materials.
• Support the production of pitch decks, proposals, and promotional collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and event teams to translate strategic concepts into compelling visual stories.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in brand identity and visual design, with a proven ability to build cohesive brand systems.
• Demonstrated experience designing for travel, hospitality, luxury, or events is a plus.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Cairo, Egypt.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience using Figma or similar UI/UX design tools.
• Solid understanding of digital and social media design best practices.
