Brand Experience Specialist

About the role

Join EVA Pharma as a Brand Experience Specialist, leading the planning and flawless execution of the company’s global events and exhibitions portfolio. You will craft on‑ground brand experiences that unify EVA Pharma’s identity across markets, engage healthcare and industry audiences, and amplify the brand story at congresses, tradeshows and activations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of EVA Pharma’s global events portfolio, ensuring branding, formats and experiences align with business goals.
• Own EVA Pharma’s presence at flagship international exhibitions, managing end‑to‑end delivery.
• Govern brand identity across secondary and cross‑functional activations, including corporate, commercial and HR events.
• Drive concepts from creative design through pre‑production, collaborating with content creators and designers on booth graphics and experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, marketing, communications, business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in event management, exhibitions, experiential/on‑ground activation or brand marketing.
• Strong project‑management ability to run multiple high‑visibility events simultaneously.
• Hands‑on experience managing contractors, agencies, vendors and event budgets.
