Brand Vibe Marketeer

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Vibe Marketeer to own and shape the emotional rhythm of RIVET’s brand. The role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, storytelling and community engagement, driving the weekly “vibe” that makes our B2B tech revenue community in the MENA region feel connected and inspired.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain a weekly “Vibe Calendar” that defines themes, moods and hooks for brand communication.
• Write punchy, authentic copy for captions, scripts, micro‑copy, LinkedIn posts and other touchpoints.
• Collaborate with a content creator to translate raw community conversations into mini‑campaigns, challenges and brand rituals.
• Turn community moments into shareable stories that amplify RIVET’s narrative.
• Act as the strategic heart of the brand, ensuring consistency across all storytelling channels.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in brand, content or community strategy, preferably in B2B tech.
• Strong, soulful writing ability with a keen ear for emotion.
• Deep understanding of the MENA B2B tech landscape and its fast‑paced culture.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: fast, scrappy, thoughtful and bold.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑enabled content tools.
