Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and meetings with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into practical, scalable, user‑focused solutions.
• Support business transformation and digital initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Create business documentation, process maps, user stories, journey maps, and presentations.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools and innovative approaches to improve delivery quality, efficiency, and consistency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share knowledge across teams.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and support successful delivery outcomes.

Required profile

• Up to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software implementation or enhancement projects.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working with both business and technology teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
