Business Analyst - Associate (German Speaker)

About the role

PwC is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join its ETIC team in Cairo. The role operates in a cross‑functional, agile environment, supporting digital product implementations, customer‑facing platforms, and backend integrations for financial services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business and system requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into structured user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Manage and refine backlog items using Jira and maintain documentation in Confluence.
• Create process flows, BPMN diagrams and user journeys using tools such as draw.io.
• Support end‑to‑end requirement traceability and coordinate across frontend, backend and integration teams.
• Perform and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Analyze system behaviours, logs and API interactions when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software implementation or enhancement projects.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong requirements‑gathering and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Background in Financial Services (banking, leasing, automotive finance, insurance, etc.).
