About the role

At PwC, the Business Analyst – Senior Associate in the ETIC hub will drive product innovation and manage the full lifecycle of commercial and internal software products. The role sits at the intersection of business strategy, user experience and technology, ensuring solutions meet market demand and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the general manager for assigned products, overseeing definition, planning, production, release and end‑of‑life activities.
• Design, develop and coordinate product modifications, upgrades and ongoing maintenance.
• Lead commercialization efforts, including go‑to‑market planning, sales support and other business‑critical activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product features with customer needs and market trends.
