Business Analyst - Senior Associate (Supply Chain & Operations)

About the role

PwC is hiring a Senior Associate Business Analyst in its Advisory line of service, focused on supply chain and operations. Business analysts help clients turn business needs into clear requirements, structured insights and practical solutions that support project delivery and business outcomes. The role works alongside business leaders on complex challenges and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Proposal support: gather information, run preliminary analysis and prepare proposal materials and presentations
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements; assess capabilities, data, systems and stakeholder needs to find gaps and opportunities
• Support business cases, options assessments and recommendations, and develop supply chain strategies, operating models and technology-enabled solutions
• Translate needs into functional requirements, user stories, process requirements and solution specifications
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews, capture decisions and actions, and support project planning, governance, reporting and quality reviews
• Contribute insights on supply chain, operations, technology and market trends, and support publications and thought leadership

Required profile

• Initial experience in consulting, business analysis, supply chain, operations or related business transformation engagements
• Understanding of supply chain areas such as planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, order management or operating models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience documenting requirements with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent written and spoken English; German is an advantage
• Willingness to travel where required; no visa sponsorship available
