Business Coach

About the role

We are seeking a Business Coach to join our commercial operations team in Cairo. In this full‑time, fixed‑term position you will help improve performance and customer outcomes by identifying training needs and delivering coaching solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with line managers and stakeholders to assess training and coaching requirements for individuals and teams.
• Design, develop and schedule structured training and coaching interventions using classroom sessions, team meetings, facilitation and one‑to‑one coaching.
• Deliver coaching on telephony, web‑chat and customer‑service skills, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide on‑the‑job support, giving verbal and written feedback to reinforce learning.
• Engage internal and external business partners to enrol participants and monitor progress against objectives.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Fluent written and spoken English; multilingual abilities are essential.
• Proven coaching experience or a recognised coaching certification, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Experience in training or facilitation is advantageous.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
