Business Developer – Facility Management (6+ years experience)

About the role

EFMS Co is seeking an experienced Business Developer to drive growth across its facility management portfolio. You will identify new opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and build lasting relationships with property owners, developers, and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Research market trends and identify business opportunities in commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, retail and hospitality sectors.
• Generate leads through outreach, referrals, tenders and networking; maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
• Respond to RFPs/RFQs, coordinate with operations, finance and technical teams to prepare competitive proposals.
• Establish and nurture long‑term client relationships, conduct site visits and presentations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and negotiate contract terms.
• Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities for additional FM services such as HVAC, cleaning, security and landscaping.
• Ensure proposals comply with regulatory, safety and industry standards (ISO, HSE, sustainability).
• Track KPIs, prepare forecasts and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Represent EFMS Co at industry events and forums to strengthen brand positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience; 6 years preferred.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Facility Management Services sector.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
