Business Development B2B

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development professional to identify and secure new B2B opportunities, expand our client portfolio and drive revenue growth. You will act as the face of the company for prospective and existing clients, presenting our services and negotiating contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, referrals and outbound activities.
• Generate qualified leads and build a robust pipeline.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and service pitches.
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations and commercial offers.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to close deals and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of Business Development experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, media, PR or creative agencies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong presentation and client‑facing skills.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of client and market needs.
