About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth for our BPO and call‑center outsourcing services. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, building strategic pipelines, and converting prospects into long‑term partnerships across the GCC and North American markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage full‑cycle sales: prospect via cold calls, LinkedIn, email; pitch to C‑level; negotiate contracts and hand over to delivery teams.
  • Train and mentor the appointment‑setter team on lead generation techniques.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce or HubSpot and track KPIs, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
  • Develop referral partnerships, conduct competitive analysis, and represent the company at regional industry events.
  • Create tailored proposals and RFP responses for various BPO service lines (Customer Support, IT, HR, Finance).

Required profile

  • 3–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience in BPO, outsourcing, or managed services.
  • Proven success selling to clients in the GCC and/or USA, with a track record of meeting quotas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, able to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
