Business Development Executive – European Market

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to drive growth across the European market from our Egypt office. You will represent a global leader in translation and localization services, building relationships with B2B clients and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and approach potential European B2B clients via cold calling, social media and networking.
• Build and maintain long‑term professional relationships, presenting our value proposition and product demos.
• Negotiate terms, close deals and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Monitor market trends, client feedback and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and track progress against targets.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably in translation, localization or language services.
• Proven exposure to the European market; call‑center or inside‑sales background is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
